List of required documents for SC/ST Documents
1] An Application to the Block Development officer requesting for the ST/SC Certificates.
2] Sanitation Certification. An important certificate that specifies the toilet and clean drinking water.
3] COI/SSC of the applicant if not available then applicant's father.
4] Birth Certificate.
5] Voter ID.
6] Passphoto (3 copies)
7] Father's ST/SC certificate.
Guide On what to do next?
Step1: Go to your nearest Gram Sabha/Panchayat house or municipal.
Step2: Ask for the ST/SC form and NOC form.
Step3: The NOC form requires the signature of atleast 4 panchayats.
Note: Also Ask the panchayat for forwarding of the application to the BDO(Block Development Officer).
Step4: Go to the nearest Sikkim bank for BR. Pay 50 rs to the govt.
Step5: Now head over to the Block development Center.Submit the application and the copy of all your documents listed above.
Step6: Once the BDO verifies your document.You get your ST/SC certificates,within a day.
